FABRICATION, MEDIA PRODUCTION, CASTING, & PROCUREMENT
To make sure the design intent and finish quality meet the highest standards we supervise and provide direction until all components are ready for purchase and or delivery. This usually involves multiple visits, on-site or in-studio, by art and technical directors to maintain a consistency throughout the production process. If performing talent is needed the casting process begins here and that information is shared with the costumers.

INSTALLATION SUPERVISION
Continuing to ensure the creative intent is achieved on-site; our team of technical and art directors will supervise the installation of technical systems and show sets; testing show controls and integrating the technical elements into the scenic seamlessly. Live performing talent will generally be fitted for costumes at this point so that final adjustments can be made prior to the rehearsal phase.

REHEARSALS
In concert with the programing & training phase rehearsals generally begins for the live performance cast. Separate performer rehearsals eventually combine with technical rehearsals that lead to full dress rehearsals days before the premier. Our team will provide the show directors, stage management, stunt coordinators, choreographers, and music directors as needed. Operating partners will shadow these roles to train and be certified to operate the show.
