Lincoln Chan

Chief Operations Officer

With a distinctly diverse AEC management background, Lincoln Chan has managed the development of themed and experiential projects from inception to opening. Having managed all aspects of design, construction, ride and show, and production in career spanning over 25 years, Lincoln continues to lead project development with an integrated approach for the team and a value-oriented mindset for the client.

Lincoln takes and active role in managing nearly every phase of themed development:

Design – Ranging from concept design and master planning to schematic design and construction drawings. Fluent in the art of value engineering and value creation.

Construction – Request for Proposals, vendor selection, award of contract, site development, infrastructure, vertical construction, MEPF, area development, themed interiors and exteriors.

Ride Vendor – Vendor selection, budgeting, track design, vendor management, scheduling, installation,
commissioning, test and adjust, PLC programming.

Show Design and Installation – Technical design, scenery design, vendor selection, budgeting, scheduling, integration, programming. Show lighting, audio, projection, SFX.

Production Management – Show action equipment, audio animatronics, scenery, audio, media.

Mitch Atkins

Chief Production Officer

Mitch Atkins has a love for live entertainment and a career filled with a passion for making dreams a reality. During Mitch’s 28 years with Disney Live Entertainment, he served as Principle Technical Director and Producer. He is responsible for delivering a number of iconic Disney projects such as, Haunted Mansion Holiday, Disney’s Electrical Parade, Fantasmic!, Parade of Dreams, ElecTRONica, Mad T Party, Disney’s Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular, and Frozen: Live at the Hyperion. After his years with Disney Mitch served as Director of Production for Knott’s Berry Farm. Mitch’s dedication to theatre continues outside of his professional time, as he and his family have created a youth theater foundation to serve his native community of Orange County, California.

Sam Carter

Chief Creative Officer

Sam Carter has dedicated his career to creating world-class experiences. A career that started with a decade's worth of new parades, and art directing a multitude of new entertainment offerings for the Disneyland Resort. During his time at Disney, Sam created some of the largest offerings for the resort, including Mickey's Halloween Party, the Grand Reopening festivities of Disney California Adventure, Buena Vista Street, and the iconic Cars Land. He prides himself on making sure that every project under his direction has the highest level of quality and feasibility. When Six Flags reached out to bring a brand-new nighttime light parade concept to life, Sam provided exciting visuals that motivated executives and stakeholders to give the project a greenlight. Glow in the Park Parade premiered at six of the company's theme parks in North America. Sam’s clever ideation and deep understanding of how to treat intellectual properties led to being tapped by Universal Creative to assist in the creation of Springfield, USA for both the Universal Studios parks in Orlando and Hollywood. When it comes to the cultural activations, iconic venues like the Queen Mary have utilized Sam to bring the ultimate Christmas experience to the world-famous ship to life. Sam created the annual, "Where Holiday's Set Sail" he provided the marketing strategy, along with elaborate holiday experiential offerings wrapped in 1930s and 40s themed decor. In 2012 he served as Creative Director at the University of Southern California and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where he managed the creation of the two esteemed entities’ events, experiences, marketing, retail, and food and beverage offerings. Also, an accomplished fine artist, Sam has created artwork for the WonderGround Gallery in both Disneyland and Walt Disney World and was a featured artist at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts. Sam is honored to bring his talents to Stagecraft Creative and looks forward to continuing to create experiences that spark wonder and awe.

W. Lee Roe

Chief Executive Officer

An experiential and entertainment career spanning over two decades of creation, design, strategic marketing, production, fabrication, and operations. Lee has a love for the global community and how through design, storytelling, and experiences we come together. His passion for creative storytelling has allowed him to lead teams that create experiences that bring some of the world’s top intellectual properties from concept into reality. Lee has been entrusted to oversee and manage properties of The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, 20th Century Fox, Discovery Communications, Lotte World, Enchanted Kingdom, Cirque Du Soleil, and Legendary Pictures. Mr. Roe has led creative and production teams to deliver several multi-million-dollar projects on schedule and on budget. He has extensive experience in creating and managing the creative process of experiential and live entertainment products, as well as an understanding of how to market those ideas around the world. Lee prides himself on building and guiding supportive environments that allow creative professionals to thrive. Privileged to be seen as someone who has his fingers on the pulse of what the public wants and humbled to be gifted with instinctively understanding what is right for a particular project or brand, Lee is able to instill confidence that any creative endeavor under his leadership will be successful.
